Thank you for your interest in reserving space on the Oxford Campus of Miami University. This system is intended to allow you to request space. Your request will be forwarded to the appropriate scheduler for processing.
Please do not assume that you have been granted the space until you have received a confirmation back via email.
To View Available Space:
Select Browse then Browse for Space at the top left of the page to find available space. You can use the filter tools (located on far right) to narrow your search options.
To Request Space:
Select the reservation request form for the building your request is in. Enter your date, time and attendance and click on Find Space. Select your space by clicking on the plus sign. Move to the Details tab to complete the additional information required for your reservation request.
To Complete your Customer Details:
Please make a selection from the list of groups avialable in the reservation form. If you can't find your group in the reservation form, selecct Browse then Locate Group for a full text search. If it is not available in the system, choose "*GROUP NOT FOUND".
Please include your University Department or Student Organization name on the request form.
Your group will be added to your account details the database by an administrator.
